Children & Youth

As a parish we're passionate in giving children a solid grounding in the values that will help change our world for the better: the values that come from knowing Jesus and turning it into action. Of course there's a lot of joy and fun involved in that. In many ways, the kids can teach us adults a thing or two. Here are the ministries across the parish that you may like to get your children involved in.

10:30am Sunday School

Every Sunday (apart from the dedicated family services), both at Ewhurst and Okewood we run Sunday Schools that are based on bible stories and teaching. They regularly feature craft, songs and story to engage the children and get the message across. The one at Ewhurst is called Treasure Seekers and MegaZone is the one at Okewood.

Youth Groups

SNAK | 2nd Sundays | 5.30pm | The Wilson Room, St Peter & St Paul Churchyard
SNAK is a youth club that runs on the first Sunday of each month in The Wilson Room at St Peter & St Paul, Ewhurst. It is aimed at kids from 8 - 12 years and features craft, games and activities based around a Christian message. For more information,

All Age Services | 1st Sundays | 10.30am | Ewhurst & Okewood

On the first Sunday of each month, both at Okewood and Ewhurst, we run all age services. Everyone worships together but the focus is on bringing to life a Christian message with craft, song and multimedia that everyone can relate to. There's even a puppet show at Ewhurst that gives the kids an opportunity to be master puppeteers!

Messy Church | 2nd Sundays | 5:00pm | Forest Green

Messy Church happens at Holy Trinity, Forest Green and features song, teaching, craft, drama and snacks to bring to life the Christian message. It's an informal family-friendly service for all those looking for a more informal way to meet with God.
